Reporting to the Financial Product Operations Lead, the Head of Strategic Partnerships will play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, and managing key partnerships that support our business objectives and long-term vision. By building and managing a high quality team, you will ensure our ecosystem of partners is optimized for cost, performance, reliability and scalability.You Will: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of emerging threats Identify and prioritize potential partners to support our platform and product growth Lead negotiations and partnership discussions, including structuring agreements, defining terms, and securing buy-in from internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of partnership initiatives Manage ongoing relationships with strategic partners, including regular communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and impact of partnership activities Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on partnership best practices and industry trends to internal teams and senior leadership Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and drive requirements to develop and scale programs, operations and business strategy Partner with Product and Engineering teams in roadmap development and execution Manage overall performance and profitability of partner programs 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development or related field 5+ years leadership experience including building out and cultivating high performing teams in a scale environment Deep understanding of financial technology and the payment industry, including displayed experience in commercial and operational roles Strong relationship building skills with executives and technical teams and the ability to develop consensus and drive stakeholders to a decision Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring complex partnership agreements Healthcare coverage (Medical, Vision and Dental insurance) Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account Retirement Plans including company match Employee Stock Purchase Program Wellness programs, including access to mental health, 1:1 financial planners, and a monthly wellness allowance Paid parental and caregiving leave Paid time off (including 12 paid holidays) Paid sick leave (1 hour per 26 hours worked (max 80 hours per calendar year to the extent legally permissible) for non-exempt employees and covered by our Flexible Time Off policy for exempt employees) Learning and Development resources Paid Life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits Apply Now:
