Oversees building and grounds maintenance. Operates and maintains custodial functions. Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively. Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors. Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications. Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees. Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management. System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing low voltage systems to ensure uninterrupted operations of mining facilities and associated data centers. Energy Efficiency: Collaborate with operations teams to optimize low voltage electrical systems for energy efficiency and cost savings, aligned with CleanSpark’s commitment to sustainable energy practices. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all low voltage installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC), as well as company safety standards and protocols. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, and site operations personnel, to ensure integrated system performance. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and maintenance logs for all low voltage systems. Upgrades and Improvements: Recommend system upgrades and improvements based on analysis of system performance and industry best practices.
