Campaign Coordinator

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign related matters. Coordinate between the Business teams and the Operations teams to ensure alignment on Campaign details.  Communicate user feedback with regards to ongoing campaigns. Managing escalations and follow up on upcoming campaigns. Preparation and maintenance of handling documents. Administrative record keeping and reporting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a variety of situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure with a team in a 24/7 trading environment. Passionate about crypto, with industry experience highly preferred. Business proficiency in English. Prior experience working within the financial services /trading industry.
